As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, I have seen many forms of change over the years.  A few common areas are related to career, relationships, health and addiction.  Each of these aspects of life have a profound impact on wellbeing and ability to function.  Through Life Coach 4 Change, I can help you transition from where you are AT to where you want to BE.

My years as a therapist have given me the ability to guide people through this process. A Transition Specialist, so to speak. I can teach you the way to do your work and get on with your life. While traditional therapy focuses on analyzing and processing past issues, life coaching encourages you to create something new out of your loss or identify areas where you want to experience change .  The motion is FORWARD.  Generally, there’s no looking back!
